An afternoon storm

For those who live in the Wide Bay & South East would of enjoyed quite the storm last night Tuesday 31/08/2011. Here is a shot I captured at our home in Tiaro between 6.30-7pm.

Here are some photos from an engagement session I did a little while ago for Matthew and Sarah in Queens Park Maryborough. We luckily enough had a break from all the rain just during those few hours we were out, then it poured again just after we left.

Naming of new dingoes

I was asked to be the official photographer for the Fraser Coast TESS Wildlife Sanctuary on the 19th June for the naming of the 2 new dingo pups. The event co-inside with the monthly markets to allow for the public to join in the ceremony. The ceremony consisted of traditional aboriginal culture which was also reflected in the new names chosen for the dingo's, I present Girri Girri (the boy) & Kora (the girl).

Fraser Coast Tess Wildlife Sanctuary

Back in May, Ray from the Fraser Coast TESS Wildlife Sanctuary asked me to come out to the park to photograph the sanctuary, in particular the new dingoes that had arrived. All I can say what beautiful animals, being with them in their enclosure was a great experience.
